At the Collegiate Spaceflight Advancement Foundation (CSAF), we deeply value the contributions made by our supporters. As a nonprofit organization, donations help us further our mission to support collegiate spaceflight programs and are typically non-refundable. However, we understand that exceptional situations may arise.
Refund Eligibility
We generally do not offer refunds for donations or purchases. Exceptions may be considered in the following cases:
- A donation or purchase made using a stolen or unauthorized credit card.
- An accidental donation or purchase, such as an incorrect amount or duplicate transaction.
- Issues with canceling recurring donations or subscriptions.
